Our investment strategy focuses on cash flowing private commercial real estate opportunities in Texas and Arizona. We seek well located income producing properties in growth submarkets primed for repositioning. We focus on acquisitions between $15M and $50M which are comfortably below institutional thresholds.
Artisan is flexible investing across the capital stack in preferred equity, mezzanine debt and buying distressed debt.
