The Team

Prior to founding Artisan, Greg was a partner at Sterling Real Estate Partners. Previously, Greg was head of capital markets and a member of the investment committee at CGI Strategies, a real estate investment and development platform with $1B AUM. Greg has spent nearly 15 years in investment banking and hedge funds. Greg was an investment banker at Macquarie and Merrill Lynch in London and Credit Agricole in Vienna.

Greg holds an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, an MS in Economics from Bocconi University, and a BA in Finance from Franklin University Switzerland.

Before joining Artisan, Mina was a principal at Emmanuel Capital Group, where he focused on multifamily assets across the Sunbelt states and led business development and institutional capital markets. Before Emmanuel, he served as Investor Relations at Elevate Commercial Investment Group, leading capital raising efforts and managing capital markets communications that contributed to closing over $120 million in transactions.

Earlier in his career, Mina focused on capital formation and deal valuation within capital markets.

Nancy started her legal career at the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis, working on venture capital, M&A, and securities transactions. She then moved on to Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon, where she became a partner. After Wildman, Nancy served as the Assistant General Counsel for Midway Games Inc. (publicly listed). After leaving Midway, and prior to joining Artisan, Nancy worked as a sole practitioner.

Nancy holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
